If you’re looking for a hidden gem with unforgettable food, Timur Indian and Nepalese Restaurant should be at the top of your list. It’s a bit quiet for the twist they got , but don’t let that fool you—the flavors here speak louder than any crowd.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. We were lucky to be served by Miss Susmita, whose service was genuinely excellent. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had great knowledge of the menu. You could tell she cared about making sure we had a good experience.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor, clearly made with love and skill. The momo was fresh and juicy, the butter chicken was rich and comforting, and the naan was the perfect balance of soft and crisp. You could taste the quality in every bite.
What stood out most was the flawless teamwork between the front of house and back of house. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. There was a clear flow between the kitchen and the service staff, and that kind of coordination really made a difference in our dining experience.
Timur is a perfect example of why you should never underestimate quiet places. The ambiance is calm, but the food and service are vibrant and full of heart. Whether you’re familiar with Nepalese cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place won’t disappoint.
Highly recommend stopping by—bring a friend, try something new, and definitely ask for Miss Susmita if she’s around. Big applause to the entire BOH and FOH team. You all nailed it!
